Britannia Q4 2024 Results: Profit Dips, Revenue Rises

FMCG leader Britannia has announced its results for the quarter ended March 2024. The company’s profit for the fourth quarter stood at Rs 536.61 crore, down 3.76 percent year-on-year.

The amount of money the company earned in the same period a year ago was 557.60 million. The firm said in its exchange statement that the company’s revenue for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024 was $4,069.36 million, up 1.14 percent from the $4,023.18 million the company earned in the same quarter of the previous fiscal year.

During the quarter ended March, the company’s EBITDA fell by 1.7 percent to a total of Rs 785.5 crore. In the same period a year ago, the company’s EBITDA stood at Rs 800.9 crore.

On the contrary, the EBITDA margin decreased from 19.9 percent to 19.4 percent during the previous year.

Dividend Declared

The Britannia company’s board has announced a final dividend payment of Rs 73.5 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024
